- You must inspect items upon delivery and report damage immediately
- Delivery address accuracy is your responsibility
5. Returns and Refunds
- Items must be returned within 7 days in original condition
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item is defective
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
6. Warranty
- Products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or environmental damage
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase
